To all US, US Territories and Canadian customers, we offer free standard shipping when you spend $25 after all discounts. (Canada: Canadian customers are responsible to duties and taxes) Shipping Options (Delivery Estimates are for 48 US states only. Time to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada can change significantly.): Fed Ex Next Day Service - $49.99 Express, Priority, Standard or Free Shipping can be sent via US Postal Service, FedEx or other private carrier of our choice. Please make sure when picking these options, US Post Office can deliver. Need your order fast? If you need your order fast? Pick Priority Shipping for delivery in as little as 2 days. Or pick Premium Standard Shipping for delivery in 3 to 5 days. Both Priority Shipping and Premium Standard Shipping are sent via US Post office and available to all US and US Territories customers. International Customers: We ship to many international Countries, however we reserve the right to cancel any international order paid by credit card for security reason. Returned items must be in original condition and packing. Items not in original condition will not be accepted for return and will be returned to customer. No return is accepted on Gold Items and chains that are less than 25ft in original order. Please note that refunds less than $10.00 will be issued as store credit. Please send your return items in a secure packing. We also recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for lost packages or products that arrive damaged.
