SII Findings Return Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original condition and packing. Items not in original condition will not be accepted for return and will be returned to customer with no refund.
30 Day Return Policy: Here at SII Findings, we try our best to satisfy the needs and concerns of our customers, therefore we have a 30 day return policy. An item must be returned with original packing and In original condition in approximately 30 days. There is no exception to this policy.
No return is accepted on Gold Items and chains that are less than 25 feet. If these items are returned they will not be accepted, returned to customer with no refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS: All of our items are completely studied and pass a test before being shipped out to our consumers. We try our best to provide complete, clean, and non-defective items to our customers. If any Item is damaged when you receive it in the mail immediately contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and this issue will be resolved. If you did not receive and item that was damaged and return it to SII Findings and item is found to be damaged a full refund or many time no refund will be issued and item will be sent back to the consumer.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM: Please contact us for complete instruction on how to return your order. If items that are being returned are not defective when received by buyer, and are now being returned, if shipping was charged any and all shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping will be charged for any returned label provided.
Please send your return items in a secure packing. We also recommend that you insure your package is in good condition and fully secured as we are not responsible for lost packages or products that arrive damaged. Any return item that is claimed to be damaged and is not brought to our attention will be returned to buyer without any refund.
RECEIVING AN INCORRECT ITEM: If you have received an incorrect item please contact customer service. We will thoroughly investigate and resolve this issue. If you have received an incorrect item and notify customer service 30-days after receiving the item(s) no return(s) will be accepted on this/these item(s). Once again, after 30-days of receiving an item SII Findings is not responsible for any returns, damaged goods, or incorrect item.
